About the position

The Chief of Staff role at a global bank in Tampa, Florida, is a contract position with a strong possibility of extension. This hybrid role requires working 2-3 days onsite per week and involves overseeing the technology book of work, including planning, budgeting, and reporting. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with industry experts and gain insights into financial services and technology investments.

Responsibilities

• Support the oversight of the business unit's technology book of work, including prioritizing technology investments.
• Develop analyses, presentations, and meeting materials to drive stakeholder action.
• Prepare stakeholder updates and reporting, documenting clear takeaways or actions.
• Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior management.
• Support program-related communication and analytics activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/University degree.
• 5 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology, specifically in Chief of Staff, Technology Budget/Financial Planning, Governance and Reporting.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of financial data.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong writing and analytical skills, with experience in developing analysis and presentations for management.
