As the Chief of Staff to the EVP, Group President of Care & Connection, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring strategic alignment and executional integration across the enterprise and within the Group and Business Units (BUs). Your responsibilities will include advisorship, operational efficiency, process optimization, and overall support for the Group President and the Care & Connection leadership team. You will facilitate communication with key stakeholders, crafting impactful presentations and materials for the Board of Directors and executive teams. In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to the EVP, ensuring alignment between enterprise and Group priorities while facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive key operations initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and implementing operational processes and management routines that enhance productivity and quality. Acting as a liaison between the EVP and other parts of the organization, you will foster a culture of collaboration and ensure effective communication within the Care & Connection group. You will partner with the EVP to develop and execute the ongoing operations agenda of the Care & Connection Group, ensuring delivery of annual and multi-year operational planning outcomes. This includes leading the C&C Leadership meeting agendas, facilitating key topics, and driving follow-through and results. You will also develop and operationalize annual and multi-year planning processes, integrating functional and resource planning for seamless connectivity. This role is ideal for candidates with future General Manager aspirations, providing visibility to strategy and business operations work across a large portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Chief of Staff to the EVP, Group President of Care & Connection.
  • Facilitate strategic alignment and executional integration across the enterprise and within Group and BUs.
  • Create and implement operational processes and management routines to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Act as a liaison between the EVP and other parts of the organization, ensuring effective communication.
  • Partner with the EVP to develop and execute the ongoing operations agenda of the Care & Connection Group.
  • Lead and drive C&C Leadership meeting agendas and communications.
  • Develop and operationalize annual and multi-year operational planning processes at the C&C level.
  • Implement business performance metrics tools and routines for Group and SBUs.
  • Support capability pilots and help to quickly scale across BUs.
  • Create executive-level presentations and materials, summarizing complex concepts into clear communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years in roles of increasing responsibility in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and/or management consulting.
  • Experience in management consulting or similar work with significant cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly written, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into clear executive communication materials.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred but not required.
