About the position

The Chief of Staff at Harvest Church is a senior-level position responsible for assisting and administrating the Office of the Bishop. This role involves managing and expanding the Harvest Leadership Network, ensuring excellence and efficiency in campus operations, and overseeing various campus ministries and events. The Chief of Staff will also handle communication filtering, calendar management, event planning, and time management to support the Upline effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist & administrate the Office of the Bishop, keeping the direct upline briefed on significant issues.
• Manage and expand the Harvest Leadership Network.
• Ensure excellence and efficiency of campus operations, including coaching and leading staff, human resources, vendor and account management, and other personnel issues.
• Oversee campus communications, ministries, worship experiences, and planning of campus master calendar events.
• Manage and expand campus HarvestU, Dream Team, and Apprenticeship programs.
• Regularly check and prioritize incoming communications for the Upline.
• Maintain a clear and organized calendar for the Upline, including professional and personal commitments.
• Filter inbound requests to protect the Upline's time and prioritize important matters.
• Organize and oversee corporate events to align with business goals and the Upline's availability.
• Continuously seek ways to make the Upline's schedule more efficient and preemptively address moving pieces.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Calendar.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Senior level experience in a similar role.
• Experience as a personal assistant.
