About the position

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a machinery manufacturing company. This strategic leadership position involves managing various departments including Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, Assembly, Shipping, Inventory, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance. The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence and executing strategic plans to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive operational efficiency and achieve company goals.
• Oversee product development processes to ensure high-quality design and rigorous testing.
• Supervise all aspects of daily operations including Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, Assembly, Shipping, and Inventory.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality production and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans.
• Experience in overseeing product development and testing phases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
• Strong skills in setting and achieving strategic and operational goals.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
