About the position

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Workplace Management (WPM) division at JLL will lead operational efficiency, strategic growth, and innovation in workplace management services. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional value delivery to clients while enhancing business performance through effective leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global operational strategies for the WPM sub-business line.
  • Align operational goals with overall company objectives and market trends.
  • Drive innovation in WPM to meet evolving client needs.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in service delivery across Work Dynamics.
  • Optimize global WPM processes, systems, and practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and standardize operations across regions in partnership with WPM senior leadership.
  • Develop and grow strategic relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Drive profitable growth and cost optimization within the WPM sub-business line.
  • Monitor key objectives and performance metrics for operational decision making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of workplace management professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and implement risk management strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facility Management, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in workplace management or facilities management.
  • Proven track record in executive leadership roles, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and workplace trends.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams across multiple geographies.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation and implementing innovative solutions.
