About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. The primary purpose of this role is to analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques.
