Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About the position

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at David Carroll Associates, Inc. (DCA) is responsible for partnering with the CEO to execute the company's vision and manage key operational areas including sales, marketing, operations, and finance. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee business plans, maintain P&L objectives, and ensure adherence to core values while fostering a culture of collaboration and integrity within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Effectively partner with CEO to capture, synthesize and deliver the company's vision.
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
• Understand, maintain, and execute business plans and P&L objectives.
• Capture, identify, discuss, and solve issues as they arise.
• Oversee, manage, and execute internal initiatives.
• Develop, simplify, document, execute, and drive adherence to key processes.
• Cascade messaging across and throughout DCA.
• Drive adherence to core values at a management level and among team members.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) is required.
• 5 years of team leadership experience at the executive level is required.
• 3 years of experience with Traction/EOS is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge and experience with methods and practices of EOS/Traction.
• Experience in a project-centric environment.
