About the position

Molinari Pools is seeking a Chief Operating Officer / Integrator who embodies integrity, community, discernment, grace, contemplation, and perseverance. This role is crucial in ensuring the company stays on track and aligned as it expands, focusing on creating processes and structures to support sustainable growth. The COO/Integrator will report directly to the CEO/Visionary and will be responsible for leading effective meetings, managing the leadership team, overseeing operations, and enhancing company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead effective, impactful meetings that drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Own and ensure full adoption/implementation of EOS and traction tools across the team.
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Leadership team.
  • Provide oversight and support to the operations department.
  • Serve as the bridge between the visionary and the team.
  • Support the CEO's Vision to foster a strong, cohesive team culture.
  • Work closely with HR to refine hiring processes.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication of the company's vision and goals.
  • Successfully manage the P&L and budget.
  • Establish and maintain effective financial processes.
  • Address financial issues proactively.
  • Enhance industry partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed key performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement systems for tracking and improving client satisfaction and team performance.
  • Launch foundational initiatives that support scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of operations leadership experience reporting directly to owner or COO level.
  • Has grown and scaled a $2-5M revenue company by 3x-5x, including SOP development, strategy implementation, and developing leaders.
  • P&L management.

  • Small business experience.
  • Trades or field services industry experience.

  • Experience in a multi-generational, family-owned business.
  • Has led ERP implementation.
