About the position
The Chief Operating Officer (Legal Administrator) is an executive-level role at Council & Associates, LLC, a personal injury law firm based in Atlanta. This position is responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative functions, including personnel management, finance, facilities, and business systems. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate evidence of prior success with business process refinement and systems management to ensure profitable operation of the Firm.
- Manage systems to ensure client needs are met, legal and ethical requirements are fulfilled, and clients receive excellent service.
- Lead employee performance management, supervision, and termination processes.
- Utilize common financial reports to make informed decisions regarding budget variance, profit and loss, and cash flow forecasts.
Requirements
- Verifiable experience working in a leadership capacity in a medium-to-large company.
- Ability to make financial projections and guide employees towards the company's overall success.
- Experience managing a team of more than 12 people and a multi-million dollar budget.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of personal injury law is helpful but not required.
