About The Position
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in the launch and growth of an Internet Start-Up, focusing on developing the enterprise vision and managing organizational development. This position is designed for a creative partner rather than a traditional employee, emphasizing leadership and innovative thinking. The COO will work closely with the Founder/CEO to establish a Web B2C service, with plans for B2B channels and international expansion in the first year. This role is an equity opportunity, requiring a commitment of 15 hours per week without a salary during the early start-up phase.
