About the position

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at AC Future is a strategic leadership role that combines operational oversight with key financial responsibilities. The COO will be instrumental in driving the company's financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing day-to-day operations while focusing on fundraising and investor relations. This position requires a strong background in financial management and operational leadership to support the company's growth and long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and tax management.
  • Manage financial risk and capital structure, including equity financing, debt management, and cash flow optimization.
  • Oversee operational efficiency, ensuring the company's day-to-day activities are in line with strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support business growth and long-term objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring transparent and regular communication.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive overall company strategy and operational decisions.
  • Oversee the company's financial performance, ensuring sound financial management, resource allocation, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Anticipate and address potential issues by attending regular meetings and providing proactive, forward-looking insights.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a CFO or COO capacity.
  • Familiarity with U.S. capital markets and a proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities.
  • Strong operational management experience, with the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with the capability to build and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., ERP) and experience in digital transformation.
