About the position
Our international publicly traded client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Chief Operating Officer. This role offers a hybrid schedule, competitive salary + bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Managing all operational aspects of two large divisions
- Develop corporate and operational strategies and manage the implementation of these efforts
- Develop annual operating plans and budgets
- Support strategic investment into new markets
- Motivate and lead high-performing teams
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or other related Discipline
- 15+ years of experience
- Strong Leadership experience and comfortable managing large teams (60-80 people)
- Must be strong with complex IT systems and strong exposure to large ERP systems
- Must have a dynamic, energized personality
Nice-to-haves
- Real Estate industry experience preferred
