About The Position
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Select Specialty Hospital is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective management of resources. This role is part of the Administrator In-Training program, designed to provide candidates with practical experience and training in various operational areas critical to the role of a hospital CEO. The COO will engage in a year-long program that covers clinical services, financial management, human resources, and more, preparing them for future leadership positions within the organization.
