About the position

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Prime Healthcare is a pivotal executive role responsible for overseeing hospital operations within the organization. Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.
• Responsible for the measurement/effectiveness of all internal/external processes.
• Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.
• Ability to oversee major workforce/resource decisions.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially.
