Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government. As the first Chief People Officer at Natcast, you will establish the human capital foundation of America's premiere semiconductor research and workforce development center, scaling our mission-driven organization by creating innovative frameworks that bridge public sector purpose with private sector excellence. Reporting to the CFO / Chief Administrative Officer, you will be a critical member of the leadership team, partnering with leaders across the organization to build Natcast's unique culture and capabilities.
