Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government. In this role you will architect Natcast's human capital strategy, building and scaling a world-class organization while fostering the innovative culture that will drive America's semiconductor leadership. To thrive in this role you will naturally combine strategic HR leadership with organizational development expertise, demonstrating both scalable strategic design and cultural stewardship while building the organization that will advance U.S. semiconductor capabilities. As the first Chief People Officer at Natcast, you will establish the human capital foundation of America's premiere semiconductor research and workforce development center, scaling our mission-driven organization by creating innovative frameworks that bridge public sector purpose with private sector excellence. Reporting to the CFO / Chief Administrative Officer, you will be a critical member of the leadership team, partnering with leaders across the organization to build Natcast's unique culture and capabilities. Through your efforts, you will help ensure U.S. technological leadership for generations to come, making a lasting impact on both organizational success and national competitiveness in this strategically critical industry.
