About the position

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will lead the sales and marketing teams of a top-tier consumer services company, focusing on driving transformational growth and managing change strategically. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in high-growth environments, particularly in B2C or consumer services, to achieve significant revenue milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales and marketing teams to drive transformational growth.
  • Manage change in a strategic yet hands-on manner.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue in consumer services.
  • Oversee business processes and customer knowledge within specified industries.

Requirements

  • Strong background in strategy, leadership, and growth marketing.
  • Proven track record in high-growth environments.
  • Experience in consumer financial services, health, disability or benefits insurance claims, contact center operations, BPO customer sales and service, consumer legal services, or social security.
  • Expert leadership skills and understanding of people, processes, technology, and project management.
  • History of successful IPOs or M&A activities.
  • Degree or MBA qualification preferred.

  • Experience in managing budgets and financial metrics.
