TCWGlobal is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to develop a vision and provide leadership for company-wide activities and strategies focused on generating, maintaining, and increasing revenue. This high-impact role creates strategies to integrate and align functions across the organization, including Marketing, Global Sales both US, International and Staffing and some product development/customer success. The Chief Revenue Officer knows the customer and knows how to get a hold of the customer. He establishes analytics and methods to measure and forecast demand and market conditions, identify operational deficiencies, and develop effective strategies to expand our global reach. This position brings together the various revenue generating roles and helps them be better. This is not a managerial behind the desk role, it's a "I'm here to win and help you to win" role.
