About the position
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for IT Services at Xerox is a senior executive role responsible for overseeing the management activities across various functional areas within the organization. This position plays a critical role in formulating both current and long-range strategies, ensuring the attainment of financial and strategic goals, and managing multiple profit and loss centers. The CRO will work closely with other senior leaders to advance the company's products and services in alignment with market demands.
Responsibilities
- Participates with other top executive positions in formulating current and long-range strategies, objectives, and global policies.
- Directs the organization to ensure the attainment of financial and strategic goals within the geography in support of the company's overall objectives.
- Develops short- and long-term strategic plans for advancing the company's products and/or services to meet market demands.
- Manages multiple profit and loss centers and directs a full complement of multiple senior managers to ensure the attainment of financial and strategic business goals.
- Establishes and attains objectives, business plans, and financial budgets.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior management role, preferably in IT services or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing profit and loss centers.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate senior managers.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate market trends and demands.
