About the position

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Solution Tree will lead the business development and sales strategy, focusing on integrated sales initiatives that enhance the company's market presence and revenue generation. This role involves managing performance metrics, guiding transformation efforts, and ensuring clients benefit from the company's diverse solutions. The CRO will also mentor teams, drive operational excellence, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee business development and sales strategy for Solution Tree.
  • Collaborate on and execute integrated sales initiatives to differentiate company practices and services.
  • Manage adherence to performance metrics and processes such as lead generation and sales pipeline.
  • Inspire and lead industry team and service line leaders to drive execution of business development and sales processes.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide ongoing assessments of market insights, pricing shifts, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with the CMO to ensure alignment between departments.
  • Ensure the company achieves revenue targets and maintains excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience with revenue ownership and a track record of business expansion and growth.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent understanding of corporate finance and performance measures.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to change.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Competent written and verbal communication skills.
