Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market growth targets, aligning with overall business strategy. You will oversee all sales functions and ensure high-quality sales, service, and delivery, while fostering key account relationships. Additionally, you will champion CRM (Salesforce) usage across the organization to track sales metrics and support strategic deals. Leading sales organization change initiatives and defining sales training programs to support staff potential and company objectives will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will oversee marketing functions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, while driving campaigns that support business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market growth targets, aligning with overall business strategy.
  • Oversee all sales functions and ensure high-quality sales, service, and delivery, while fostering key account relationships.
  • Champion CRM (Salesforce) usage across the organization to track sales metrics and support strategic deals.
  • Lead sales organization change initiatives and define sales training programs to support staff potential and company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Successful experience selling technical services to multiple industries
  • Experience with add-on acquisitions, preferred
  • Demonstrated abilities in all aspects of sales and marketing leadership including managing a diverse group of sales managers and account executives
