About the position

As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Multiplier, you will be at the forefront of a transformative era in remote employment. Our company is dedicated to revolutionizing how businesses hire talent globally, eliminating geographical constraints and streamlining the hiring process through our innovative global employment platform. This platform allows companies to manage local compliance, labor contracts, payroll, benefits, and taxes seamlessly, all from one software system. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our organization as we aim to disrupt the traditional employer of record (EOR) space and drive significant revenue growth. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with Multiplier's overall goals. You will identify new revenue streams, evaluate market opportunities, and implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth. Leading our sales team, you will provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure exceptional performance, setting ambitious sales targets and monitoring progress to maximize sales effectiveness. Your role will also involve nurturing client relationships, cultivating strategic partnerships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. You will need to understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Staying abreast of industry trends and conducting regular market analysis will be crucial for maintaining Multiplier's competitive edge and refining our revenue strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for revenue forecasting and reporting, developing accurate forecasts, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing regular reports to the executive team. Collaboration with other departments, including engineering, product, marketing, and operations, will be essential to drive integrated revenue-generating initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with Multiplier's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify new revenue streams and evaluate market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to drive exceptional performance.
  • Set ambitious sales targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards revenue targets.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to the executive team, highlighting revenue trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and drive integrated revenue-generating initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in scaling a B2B SaaS company from US$ 50M to US$250M.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success as a Chief Revenue Officer, Vice President of Sales, or in a similar senior sales leadership role within the HR Tech industry or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the US market; experience managing APAC or EMEA is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute revenue growth strategies, resulting in significant business expansion.
