About the position

Stealth RF (DBA Cellantenna International Inc) is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) specializing in the manufacturing of RF amplification and control equipment utilized by law enforcement and military agencies. Our innovative solutions are pivotal in electronic warfare (EW) and electronic countermeasures (ECM) missions. As part of our strategic growth initiative, we are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead our efforts in expanding connectivity within our vertical growth markets. This role is critical to our success as it will focus on enhancing our revenue streams and ensuring that our sales and marketing strategies align with our overall business objectives. The Chief Revenue Officer will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's revenue generation. This includes streamlining sales processes, enhancing marketing efforts, and improving customer relationship management. The CRO will be tasked with developing a comprehensive sales strategy that analyzes potential opportunities and focuses on areas that will significantly increase the company's Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA). The position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage operations, sales, corporate development, marketing, pricing, and revenue management to maximize profitability. In this role, the CRO will also be responsible for reviewing each product to ensure it generates the maximum revenue possible from the most relevant audience. This includes maximizing the effectiveness of marketing and advertising investments, developing and executing distribution plans, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The CRO will work closely with the CEO, COO, and board of advisors to develop and communicate growth strategies, set up revenue generation processes, and unify operations to provide the best customer experience. Additionally, the CRO will identify micro-markets, create targeted products, and establish pricing strategies that yield the highest returns. Monitoring revenue streams and adjusting strategies as necessary will be key components of this role, along with forecasting revenue generation and planning accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the company's revenue and report to the CEO on all revenue matters.
  • Streamline sales, marketing, and customer relationship marketing.
  • Provide a sales strategy analyzing potential opportunities to increase EBITDA.
  • Oversee operations, sales, corporate development, marketing, pricing, and revenue management.
  • Review each product to maximize revenue from relevant audiences.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of marketing and advertising investments.
  • Develop and execute distribution plans to enhance effectiveness.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction across all channels.
  • Develop and communicate growth strategies with the CEO, COO, and board of advisors.
  • Set up processes for generating revenue and unify operations for optimal customer experience.
  • Integrate sales and marketing processes to maximize returns on marketing investments.
  • Identify micro-markets and create targeted products for those markets.
  • Create pricing strategies targeting micro-markets for maximum return.
  • Monitor all revenue streams and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Forecast revenue generation and plan accordingly.
  • Manage revenue channel development and introduce new sales channels and partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2G electronic EW/ECM sales.
  • Knowledge of military contracting and support.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on long-term success.
  • Acute awareness of market trends.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
