About the position

The Chief Software Officer (CSO), also known as The Code Commander, is a visionary leader responsible for steering the software development strategy of the organization. The CSO will also collaborate with other executives to integrate software development with the overall business strategy, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the tech teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development, architecture, and engineering leadership.
• Proven experience leading and scaling software teams with a track record of delivering successful software products.
• Ability to develop and implement a software strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Deep understanding of software security best practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
