About The Position
The Chief Technology Innovation Officer (CTIO) of the Office of Digital Services (ODS) is a high-level executive role responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of statewide technology policies and standards. This position focuses on technology innovation, ethical technology solutions, and civic engagement within California. The CTIO will lead strategic initiatives aligned with the State's Digital Strategy and Technology Plan, overseeing the responsible use of emerging technologies and managing relationships with various stakeholders.
