About the position

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Spotlightme.io will lead the technology strategy and oversee the development of innovative solutions aimed at transforming the HR industry. This role involves mentoring a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code production, and making critical technical decisions. The CTO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of career advancement through the company's AI-driven platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the technology strategy.
• Oversee the full cycle of software application and business logic development.
• Drive the development of the solution set with a commitment to delivering high-quality code to production.
• Participate in demo sessions, Scrum ceremonies, and IdeaTalks.
• Engage in project estimation and planning to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of talented developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Be in charge of technical decisions and controlling code quality, infrastructure, and IT expenses.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, MSSQL.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less), Angular, TypeScript.
• In-depth knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and HTTP.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Ability to dedicate at least 6 hours daily to development and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
