About the position

This leadership role requires a blend of strategic oversight, team management, and hands-on experience in delivering cutting-edge AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's technology strategy to ensure the delivery of time-efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Stay ahead of trends in the fast-evolving AI market to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of platforms, tools, and software to build scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure that technologies remain up-to-date and align with business goals.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of LLMs (Large Language Models) to enhance product offerings.
• Manage a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Lead recruitment efforts for technical roles, ensuring top talent acquisition.
• Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members.
• Direct and oversee the delivery of Voice AI solutions, ensuring successful client outcomes.
• Utilize platforms such as VAPI or Retell to develop robust voice AI systems.
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in all technical projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in an AI Automation Agency.
• Demonstrated expertise in Voice AI platforms, particularly VAPI and Retell.
• Hands-on experience delivering successful Voice AI solutions to clients.
• Strong knowledge of LLM evaluation and integration.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Make.com.
• Extensive experience managing technical teams and driving recruitment efforts.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic innovation.
• Strong communication skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
