About the position

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Hello Innovation will lead the technical vision and infrastructure development for innovative products aimed at improving lives on a global scale. This role is designed for visionary leaders who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to pushing the boundaries of technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across the portfolio of businesses and products.
  • Architect and manage the technical infrastructure to ensure scalability, optimal performance, and reliability.
  • Assemble, inspire, and lead technology and engineering teams dedicated to innovation and continuous learning.
  • Strategize and manage all engineering and technical decisions to ensure products deliver a unique user experience.
  • Stay ahead of technology trends to fuel innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Ensure that tech processes meet and exceed industry security and privacy standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CTO, CIO, Engineering Leader, or in a similar leadership role within the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies and their application in enhancing user experience.
  • Expertise in web/app technologies, infrastructure architecture, and scalable solutions.
  • Robust understanding of business strategy, operations, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex problems to non-technical audiences.
