About the position

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a technology strategy aligned with Uptake's long-term goals.
• Establish strategic partnerships to boost technological capabilities and market presence.
• Lead technology development and deployment with visionary insight.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including with investors and board members.
• Develop and manage KPIs to gauge technology initiatives' effectiveness.
• Continually assess emerging technologies for potential business impact.
• Direct R&D for ongoing product and service innovation.
• Supervise the development and upkeep of the company's tech infrastructure.
• Recruit, retain, and nurture top technology talent.
• Oversee the technology budget, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Lead product innovation to fulfill customer needs and improve user experience.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in business.
• Experience in managing large teams and complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic technology initiatives.
