About the position

Teikametrics is currently seeking a visionary and capable leader to join our dynamic team as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This strategic and hands-on role will report directly to the CEO and will be pivotal in steering our technology and product development efforts as we continue our rapid growth journey, scaling beyond $100M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding our talented tech team, shaping our technology roadmap, and ensuring alignment with our mission to revolutionize the world of AI-powered Marketplace Optimization Platforms. As a CTO at Teikametrics, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our technology vision, drive product excellence, and lead a dedicated team to create and maintain products that empower our clients while fostering growth, innovation, and customer advocacy. This role entails the strategic direction of our technology stack, fostering innovation, and delivering cutting-edge solutions to drive Teikametrics' success in a fast-evolving marketplace. In this position, you will simplify and expand Teikametrics' infrastructure via scalable microservices using the latest scalable cloud technologies, including Serverless and No SQL formats. You will collaborate with Product and Senior Leadership to design and execute technology to support business requirements to scale Teikametrics from $50M to $100M in ARR. Additionally, you will execute infrastructure to quickly expand our data pipelines to multiple major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopify, and more. Leading and scaling the Engineering Team globally while driving a culture of excellence across all global locations (US and India) will also be a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience building SaaS technology and leading engineering teams in Big Data environments.
• A degree in Computer Science from a leading technical institution.
• Technical understanding of scalable microservices using the latest cloud technologies.
• Prior experience leading 100+ engineers at leading SaaS companies.
• Experience managing a distributed team with a presence in India.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in eCommerce and marketplaces, working with platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Google, and eBay.
