In this role, the CTO will provide high-level strategic advice to the executive leadership regarding technology architecture, focusing on recommendations that support exponential growth and organizational expansion. The CTO will lead the architecture, design, and development of new technology systems and tools that enhance the organization's operational capacities. This includes designing and implementing technological solutions that streamline workflows and integrate various systems through third-party APIs. The CTO will also engage in Research & Development activities to explore new technologies that can benefit the organization. Establishing strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry leaders will be essential to foster innovation. The CTO will assess new technologies for compatibility with existing systems and ensure that the technology architecture aligns with the organization's priorities. Additionally, the CTO will have a significant role in managing technology staff, including making recommendations for hiring, promotions, and other personnel decisions. Hands-on development support for ongoing projects will be part of the responsibilities, along with evaluating and managing relationships with consultants and vendors to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.
