Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical operations within ATSC, inspiring a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee research and development, technology strategy, and technical innovation to drive the company's technological edge.
- Serve as a technical advisor to senior executives, providing insights on technological trends and advancements that will shape the future of defense technologies.
- Work closely with government agencies to develop and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions for defense and national security purposes.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize technology use, improving productivity and output, and driving ATSC's mission forward.
- Ensure efficient and profitable use of technology by employees through effective management and strategic oversight.
- Develop and implement robust data protection and quality assurance processes to safeguard critical information.
- Monitor and assess IT budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial efficiency.
- Stay informed on emerging and declining technology trends, incorporating this knowledge into the organization's technological approach to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT professional experience in a government contracting (govcon) environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a security clearance.
- Previous experience managing a technology-related company.
- Ability to balance short-term tactical decisions with long-term strategic thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders.
