About the position

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Premier Care Dental Management will lead and direct the healthcare IT department, overseeing the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with the organization's goals. This role involves collaboration with other executives, managing the IT budget, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while staying updated on emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage healthcare IT strategies and operations that align with organizational goals and objectives
• Lead the healthcare IT team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members
• Collaborate with other executives to ensure that technology and business processes align with organizational goals and objectives
• Ensure that healthcare technology and systems meet all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners
• Manage the healthcare IT budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively
• Stay up to date with emerging healthcare IT trends and technologies and provide recommendations for adoption
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare IT systems and processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Azure SQL Server, PowerBI, Azure AD, Powershell, DevOps, Source control, UAT
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
• Extensive knowledge of coding languages and systems is a plus
• Ability to learn new coding languages and technologies
