About the position

As the CTO and Co-Founder of Startup Mentor AI, you will lead the technical development of an AI-powered platform designed to assist startup founders in validating their product ideas and achieving profitability. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's technical strategy and product roadmap while collaborating closely with the founder on sales and growth initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build a scalable system from the ground up and mentor a team of developers, all while playing a key role in securing funding for the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and design the architecture of a scalable, innovative platform.
• Collaborate with the product and business teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver on milestones.
• Drive the technical vision, building solutions that set us apart in the startup ecosystem.
• Grow and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the highest execution standards.
• Play an integral role in securing funding and scaling the company.
• Take ownership of the technical side of due diligence during fundraising.

Requirements

• Proven experience with building web applications from scratch.
• Expertise in software architecture, AI/ML technologies, React JS, NodeJS, MySQL.
• Ability to build scalable systems from the ground up, with hands-on experience across the full stack.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a growing team.
