About the position

Teikametrics is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology and product development efforts as the company scales beyond $100M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). The CTO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for shaping the technology roadmap, leading a talented tech team, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission to revolutionize AI-powered Marketplace Optimization Platforms. This role involves strategic direction of the technology stack, fostering innovation, and delivering cutting-edge solutions to drive success in a fast-evolving marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Simplify and expand Teikametrics' infrastructure via scalable microservices using the latest cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with Product and Senior Leadership to design and execute technology to support business requirements for scaling from $50M to $100M in ARR.
• Execute infrastructure to quickly expand data pipelines to multiple major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopify, etc.
• Lead and scale the Engineering Team globally while driving a culture of excellence across all global locations.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience building SaaS technology and leading engineering teams in Big Data environments.
• A degree in Computer Science from a leading technical institution.
• Technical understanding of scalable microservices using the latest cloud technologies.
• Prior experience leading 100+ engineers at leading SaaS companies.
• Experience managing a distributed team with a presence in India.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in eCommerce and marketplaces, working with platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Google.
