About the position

Parents and Children Together (PACT) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Voluntary Case Management (Child Abuse & Neglect Prevention) Program Supervisor to lead our efforts in providing essential services to families in need. This role is pivotal in supervising the delivery of culturally appropriate and strengths-based child abuse and neglect prevention and intervention services for moderate to high-risk families referred by the Department of Human Services. The Program Supervisor will work closely with community partners, home visitors, and other supervisors to ensure that families receive the support they need to address issues that place children at risk of abuse and neglect. The position requires a strong commitment to the agency's mission and core values, which emphasize respect, collaboration, and holistic care. In this role, the Program Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the case management process, ensuring that each family is assigned a case manager who will address a range of family system issues. The supervisor will monitor the quality of services provided, conduct case reviews, and evaluate program effectiveness. Additionally, the supervisor will provide leadership to program staff, orienting and training them to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services. Proven supervisory experience is essential, as the supervisor will be responsible for managing staff performance and ensuring compliance with agency policies and funding requirements.
