About the position

The Child Advocacy Case Manager at JusticeWorks is responsible for working with families and community partners to ensure the needs of children and youth are met. This part-time role focuses on assessing the needs of families, developing individual service plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders to provide necessary resources and services. The position emphasizes a commitment to child welfare and social work, aiming to empower families and youth in their journey towards success.

Responsibilities

• Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
• Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence-based and best practice approaches.
• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required or a High School Diploma with two (2) years of experience working with youth and their families.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to pass current, applicable clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
