About the position

The Child Advocacy Case Manager plays a crucial role in supporting youth and families by assessing their needs, developing individualized plans, and collaborating with community partners to provide necessary resources and services. This part-time position focuses on ensuring that the voices of children and youth are heard, while implementing evidence-based interventions to help families achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
• Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence-based and best practice approaches.
• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.
• Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
