About the position

The Child Care Assistant Teacher at Bright Horizons is responsible for supporting the educational and developmental needs of children in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Communicate daily with parents about their child's progress.
• Document and share important milestones in each child's day.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience working with children, preferably in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
• Early childhood coursework, Child Development Associate (CDA) certification, or degree preferred.

Nice-to-haves
