Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote child development and learning.

Requirements

• Active Childcare Director State License or Eligible to Apply for Texas Child Care Director License before start.
• Higher education teaching experience is preferred to enhance the educational framework of the facility.
• Strong ability to educate both staff and parents about child development principles and best practices.
• Experience working with students in various educational settings to understand diverse learning needs.
• Knowledge of education administration to effectively manage the operational aspects of the facility.
