About the position

The District Manager for Childcare Operations will lead a team of field operators to drive operational excellence across multiple childcare centers. This role involves developing and executing success plans, streamlining processes, and ensuring consistency in operations while providing hands-on support to center teams. The District Manager will also be responsible for setting measurable objectives, monitoring progress, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, on-site support to center teams and leadership.
• Help centers attain high standards of operational success.
• Build and analyze reports to track center progress and demonstrate measurable improvements across the portfolio.
• Set clear, measurable objectives, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Ensure projects stay aligned with overall goals.
• Foster a collaborative, adaptable team culture that promotes timely and effective project execution.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations and process improvement within high-growth, multi-location environments.
• Proven track record of scaling and managing projects across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication, presentation, and process improvement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in ambiguous situations.
• Willingness to travel up to 75-100%.
