About the position

The ChildCare Teacher position at Phoenix Preparatory Preschool & Child Care involves caring for toddlers in a supportive and well-structured environment. Responsibilities

• Provide care and supervision for toddlers in a classroom setting.
• Change diapers and attend to the personal needs of toddlers.
• Implement educational activities and routines appropriate for toddlers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress and needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a childcare classroom.
• Experience with toddlers, including diaper changing.
• High school diploma or GED required; CDA or Associates degree preferred.
• Clean criminal background check and fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain one).
• Consistent work history.

Nice-to-haves

• Child Development Associate Certification (CDA).
