The Child Care Teacher at La Petite Academy is responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for children, ensuring their safety and development. Responsibilities
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
- Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children.
- Effectively communicate with families regarding children's progress and needs.
- Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
Requirements
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- Completion of 45 DCF Hours.
