About the position

Responsibilities
- Caring for children and assisting with their daily needs such as diapering and feeding.
- Planning and executing lesson plans tailored to the children's developmental needs.
- Creating assessments and portfolios for the children in the classroom.
- Maintaining daily communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Following Wisconsin DCF Licensing rules and regulations as well as NAC standards.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Nurturing, caring, and patient demeanor is essential.
Nice-to-haves
- Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or Child Psychology.
- Some college credits in relevant fields.
- 1+ years of experience in childcare or education settings.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
