The teacher acts as a liaison between children, parents, and the management of the Early Learning Center, contributing to a holistic approach to child care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, interacts with, and ensures the safety of children at all times.
• Provides quality early learning and age-appropriate activities for children.
• Acts as a liaison between children, parents, and the Early Learning Center's management.
• Demonstrates attentiveness and sensitivity to the needs of staff, children, and families.
• Displays professionalism and pride in work, contributing positively to the team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer skills are necessary.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Nice-to-haves

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Clear understanding of curriculum standards for the age of children in their classes is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
