About the position
Family Ties Counseling Center is seeking Licensed Psychologists or Psychologist Residents to provide outpatient counseling services for children, families, teens, couples, and individuals. This full-time position offers a supportive group practice environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth. Clinicians will be compensated based on fees collected and can earn tiered bonuses based on their session counts. The role allows for autonomy in client scheduling while ensuring a minimum target of 15 sessions billed per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient counseling services to children, families, teens, couples, and individuals.
- Maintain a minimum target of averaging 15 sessions billed per week per quarter.
- Engage in clinical consultation groups twice each month to support clinical work.
- Participate in monthly 1:1 meetings with a Licensed Psychologist/Clinical Director for support and professional development.
- Utilize a consultative team approach to family therapy.
Requirements
- Licensed Psychologist or Psychologist Resident in Oregon.
- Experience in child psychology and mental health counseling.
- EMDR Certification preferred.
- Intake Certified School Psychologist credentials.
