About The Position
The Child Services Attorney plays a crucial role in providing legal advice and services to the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) regarding juvenile law matters, including child welfare and child support. This position involves representing the state in various legal proceedings, such as Child In Need of Services (CHINS) cases and Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) cases, while working closely with Family Case Managers.
