About the position

The Child Support Case Processing Analyst position at the Florida Department of Revenue is focused on providing customer support for child support cases. This role is ideal for individuals who are critical thinkers and enjoy problem-solving while interacting with customers. The analyst will be responsible for initiating and responding to requests, coordinating with various partners, researching and resolving case issues, and making informed decisions based on case data.

Responsibilities

  • Initiating and responding to requests related to child support cases.
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners to facilitate case processing.
  • Researching and resolving issues related to child support cases.
  • Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine appropriate next steps.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and case-related issues.
  • Interacting with legal services providers, employers, and other business partners.
  • Making decisions based on case information and documentation provided.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience processing information using a computer system.
  • 2 years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
  • 2 years of experience communicating with others to gather information.
