• Communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email, and direct contact to ensure support obligations are met.
• Manages a caseload to ensure adherence to the Same Day Service Standard of Operating Procedure.
• Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• One (1) year of direct job-related experience.
