About The Position
The Child Support Services Specialist at Arapahoe County is responsible for managing child support cases, from the establishment of child support orders to their enforcement and modification. This role involves a variety of paraprofessional legal tasks authorized by Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, focusing on providing services related to paternity establishment, child support order review, enforcement, and collection. The specialist will work closely with families to help them achieve self-sufficiency and navigate the complexities of the child support system.
