The Child Watch Assistant provides a quality experience for Stephens Family YMCA members and guests, providing direct care to children ages six weeks to 10 years while parents and guardians utilize the Stephens Family YMCA. The role supports the work of the YMCA, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
